Emirates Banks Association invited all banks operating in UAE to a seminar on Basel New Capital Accord ( Basel II) and Operational Risks to be held in Abu Dhabi on 2 nd Oct. 2005 .

The speakers in this seminar will be Mr. Jamal Saleh, the manager of Risk Management in Commercial Bank of Dubai , Dr. Lamees Al Qaisi, the manager of Operational Risks in National Bank Of Abu Dhabi, and Mr. Naveed Siddiqi, the deputy head - Business Risk Review Group in the Central Bank of the UAE .
